His goals were to raise awareness of IEEE-USA and its contributions as part of the anniversary celebration and to build and maintain an accessible digital archive of historical IEEE-USA documents that would preserve and reinforce that awareness over subsequent years. Documents are regularly added that record the on-going efforts by IEEE-USA, and the work of its precursors, the IEEE United States Activities Board (USAB) and the IEEE United States Activities Committee (USAC), to advance the public good as a voice for sound technology policies and to serve the career and professional needs of IEEE&#8217;s U.S. members.<\/p>\n<h2>History of IEEE-USA:
